For starters, the stippling pattern incorporated on the optics housing is made to match the P365 and P365XL to give a cohesive and integrated look. Aesthetically, the new red dot is quite different from others in the SIG Optics family.
Having been among the first to test the new P365 XL, I was also given the opportunity to test one of the ROMEOZero prototypes. Slide will be returned to you with a raw machined pocket unless you request your slide to be cerakoted. Fabricated Arms will send the machined slide back to you when complete. Include a cover letter with your information when sending in your slide. This service requires you first send in your factory slide for the machining to be done. If you wish to retain your factory sights, the factory front sight when used with the rear optic sight notch will work as a backup, however it will be in the very bottom of the optic lens. An optional coverplate is availble for $40(email prior to ordering if requesting coverplate).įor cowitnessing, i reccomend the Trijicon SG101o sights. The slide is drilled and tapped to accept 4mm screws.
If you want to move the optic all the way to the rear and delete the rear dovetail in the process, type “DELETE DOVETAIL” in the notes section at checkout. The mounting pocket is placed in front of the rear dovetail cut by default. Please email if you need a cut that is compatible with the optional shield(will not be compatible with other optics). This optic cut is NOT COMPATIBLE with the optional Romeo Zero Shroud. This Machining service allows you to mount a Holosun 407k/507k, Romeo Zero, or Shield RMSC optic onto your supplied P365 slide.
